•Richard Forrester, 26, 207 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with driving on a revoked license.
• Kimberly Honeycutt, 40, 103 Forrest Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Joe Holsclaw on a warrant charging her with leaving the scene of an accident and violation of financial responsibility.
• Jessica Ritchie, 38, no address available, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with domestic assault and vandalism under domestic violence.
