Wednesday at roughly 5:45 p.m. the Elizabethton Police Department, Elizabethton Fire Department and the Carter County Rescue Squad responded to a two-vehicle wreck on the Milligan Highway in front of Milligan College.
According to EPD Cpl. Eric Buck, a red Mazda truck, which was carry a driver and two passengers, struck the rear end of a SUV that was turning onto the Milligan Highway before losing control and flipping.
The three occupants of the truck were transported to the hospital for treatment of what Buck called minor injuries.
No further information was immediately available regarding the identities or conditions of those involved in the accident.
