Police Beats for 03/15/2016

• Joseph Green, 26, 310 N. Austin Springs Road, Apt. 1, Piney Flats, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Sean Huvane on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.
• Jessica Green, 26, 310 N. Austin Springs Road, Apt. 1, Piney Flats, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging her with failure to appear.
• Stormy Reynolds, 26, 100 Carter Sells Road, Johnson City, as arrested Friday by CCSO Cpl. Ashley Rhymer on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Michael Fleenor, 23, 103 Mayfield Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham on a warrant charging him with filing a false report.
• Tony Slagle, 41, 373 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Cpl. Ashley Rhymer on a warrant charging him with stalking.
• Warren Hodges, 26, 1309 Tiger Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with criminal trespassing.
• Dakota Waters, 23, 126 Sunrise Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers also charged Waters with possession of Schedule III drugs and two counts of Schedule IV drugs.
• Rod Milhomme, 41, 1275 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department and charged with criminal trespass.
• Joseph Stout, 61, 1030 Hillside Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the light law.
• Laura Sloan, 34, 713 Elm St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by officers of the EPD on warrants charging her with simple possession of Schedule II drugs and two counts of the sale of Schedule II drugs.
• Samuel Lopez Gomez, 27, no address available, was arrested by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with driving under the influence, violation of open container, violation of traffic control signal and no driver’s license on person.
