• Steven Lunceford, 43, 1272 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Lt. Jeff Markland and charged with driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and simple possession/casual exchange.
• Scott Russell, 43, 391 Copley Branch Road, Butler, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Patsy Hughes, 53, 152 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Justin Pearce and charged with domestic assault.
• Isaiah Broome, 34, 48 N. Main St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard charging him with shoplifting.
