• Jody Russell, 28, 1294 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by officers of the CCSO on an Attachment out of Circuit Court.
• Tina Zastudil, 26, 1838 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging her violation of probation.
• Joshua Stout, 20, 405 Poga Road, Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier charging him with driving on a suspended license.
• Christine Largent, 47, 135 Spring St., Hampton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and misuse of 911/making non-emergency calls.
