• Kimberly Campbell, 45, 210 Milligan Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Heather Riddle-Hicks, 30, 123 Rosenbaum Private Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Davis on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
•Orval Leroy Pollard, 85, 161 Taylor Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Chief Investigator Mike Little charging him with possession of gambling devices or records and gambling promotion.
• Logan Guinn, 23, 716 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with domestic assault, possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, tampering with evidence and public intoxication.
