• Donald Miller, 64, 335 Shell Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Erica Huskins on warrants charging him with vandalism and two counts of aggravated assault.
• Jackie Proffitt, 54, 901 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with public intoxication.
• Eric Miller, 37, 1956 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington and charged with driving under the influence, violation of financial responsibility and failure to give immediate notice of accident.
• April Chambers, 22, 1708 Scenic Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Benjamin Jones, 37, 165 Dillard Ave., Erwin, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with second offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and possession of narcotics.
• Dustin Deloach, 22, 121 Avon St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
• Dustin Moss, 31, 1544 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with vandalism and aggravated assault.
• Michael Hamberg, 47, 4500 37th St. South, St. Petersburg, Fla., was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Florida and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
• Nyoka Arthur, 27, 207 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging her with filing a false report.
• Richard Forrester, 26, 207 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with filing a false report.
