• Andrew Gocial, 31, 194 Stout Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Johnathan Simerly on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Hjordis Taylor, 34, 238 S. Broadway Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• David Richard Tester, 42, 323 Pine Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, violation of the implied consent law and violation of the open container law.
• Shawn Shuffler, 23, 614 W. C St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Douglas Combs and charged with criminal impersonation. Officers also served Shuffler with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Brandon Peters, 25, 1507 Dale Ridge Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock on two warrants charging him with violation of probation. Officers also issued Peters a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
• Melissa Ollis, 27, 109 Hartsel Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck on a warrant charging her with failure to appear. Officers additionally charged Ollis with resisting arrest and possession of Schedule III drugs and issued her a criminal summons charging her with shoplifting.
• Brad Bobo, 34, 416 Lee Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock and charged with public intoxication.
• Christopher Gross, 39, 401 N. East St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest.
• Nancy Smith, 40, 401 N. East St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging her with shoplifting.
• Robert Hyatt Jr., 47, 328 W. 4th Ave., Watauga, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with criminal trespassing and shoplifting.
• Austin Livingston, 23, 102 E. H St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons charging him with driving on a suspended license and violation of the seat belt law.
