• James Ware, 18, 203 E. Millpond St., Kingsport, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Christopher Reichenbach and charged with driving without a license, violation of financial responsibility, failure to exercise due care and removal of registration plates.
• Jeremy Cole, 34, 968 Old Railroad Grade Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Austin Livingston, 24, 291 Roosevelt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Corban Lipscomb on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Emmett Hamrick, 79, 210 Carl Smith Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
