Happy Valley Elementary School will be having another Kindergarten Registration for those students entering Kindergarten in August 2016.

The Registration will be on Tuesday, May 10, from 4 until 7 p.m. in the old gym (please use the front door entrance). Please remember your child MUST turn five before August 16, 2016, to be eligible for Kindergarten.

Please bring the following with you:

• Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate

• Copy of your child’s Social Security Card

• Copy of your child’s ccurrent shot record with the yearly physical checked.
