• Carl Pierce, 49, 138 Water Plant Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with driving on a revoked license. Officers also served Pierce with a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Christopher Pierce, 25, 607 Crook St., Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Tyler Salo, 22, 119 Garland Cemetery Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers also served Salo with a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Leah Deloach, 31, 112 Hidden Oaks, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Chris Reichenbach and charged with second offense driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license.
•Andy Miller, 35, 658 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with driving on a revoked license.
•John Grindstaff, 28, 1241 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• John-David Loyd, 25, 1959 Copley Branch Road, Butler, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins no a warrant charging him with violation of probation. On Tuesday, CCSO Deputy Eric Clifton charged Loyd with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• James Loftic, 22, 705 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Michael Fleenor, 23, 106 Townview Estates Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Joseph Morrell, 31, 611 Elm St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Noah Lowe, 30, 205 Perry St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Joshua Tiller and charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Angela Lowe, 40, 153 Spring St., Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with public intoxication. Officers also charged Lowe with being a fugitive from justice out of Virginia.
• Daniel Barclay, 70, 683 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Clarence Lunceford, 50, 254 Bill Nave Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Hutch Sims, 18, 347 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Jordan Ensor on a warrant charging him with simple assault.
• Alvin Stafford, 67, 302 South View Circle, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging him with shoplifting.
• Kimberly Stafford, 31, 302 South View Circle, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging her with shoplifting.
• Adam Russell, 43, 1638 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Sgt. Shane Darling charging him with shoplifting.
