• Dylan Patterson, 18, 1965 Edwards Branch Road, Flag Pond, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with possession of Schedule VI drugs for resale.
• Benjamin Whitaker, 22, 116 Gilbert Wilson Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law. Officers also served Whitaker with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Nicole Cash, 30, 83 Woodland Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by CCSO Deputy Coban Lipscomb charging her with driving on a suspended license.
• Brandon Lunceford, 30, 272 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy David Munsey on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Ambriel Stout, 30, 102 Noah Taylor Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jeffrey Allen, 40, 1000 University Blvd., Kingsport, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with driving under the influence.
• Matthew David Taylor, 32, 183 Spindale Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with third offense driving under the influence, fifth offense driving on a revoked license, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the open container law.
