• April Dulaney, 32, 927 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
•Joseph Heaton, 31, 3256 Gap Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license, violation of the implied consent law, violation of financial responsibility, violation of the open container law, and violation f the light law.
• Henry Poole, 44, 118 Dugger St., Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Mark Hopkins, 58, 129 Lyons Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with driving under the influence and following too closely.
• Kayla Jennings, 23, 615 Little Dry Run, Butler, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with shoplifting over $500, simple possession of Schedule III drugs and simple possession of Schedule IV drugs.
• Sheila Ferguson, 51, 120 Treadway St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
