• Misty Al-Abed, 28, 122 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jacob Ford, 26, 180 Jim Jones Road, Unicoi, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Jeremy Ball, 41, 1502 Old State Route 34, Telford, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton charging him with shoplifting, simple possession of Schedule IV drugs and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
• Douglas Shaver, 27, 1263 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging him with first offense driving on a revoked license.
