• Chadwick Rambo, 37, 132 Creek Bank Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Lt. Jeff Markland on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Paula Balado, 45, 216 Dogwood Acres, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Daniel Escobar, 39, 245 Riggs Road, Watauga, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of the state of Florida.
• Keith McNabb, 25, 746 Cash Hollow Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
