• Jackie White, 36, 254 Heart Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy David Munsey on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Dustin Parlier, 26, 203 Hales Court, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Paul Pritchard on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Casey Oaks, 24, 188 Smith Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with public intoxication. Officers also issued Oaks a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
• Justine Markland, 23, 226 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs.
