Police Beats for 05/27/2016

• Richard Morris, 59, of Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Keith Range and charged with reckless endangerment and fourth offense driving on a revoked license.
• Bryan Parlier, 40, 701 Hemlock St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone and charged with public intoxication. Officers also served Parlier with an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.
• Rachel Kuntz, 34, 107 Dogtown Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on warrants charging her with violation of probation and failure to appear.
• Lance Jordan, 33, 707 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Joshua Tiller on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.
• Curtis Oaks, 38, 737 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Randy Hayes, 39, 111 Happy Valley Road, Elizabethotn, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Eric Clifton on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Scott Storie, 52, 144 Water Plant Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with public intoxication.
• Amelia Skeen, 25, 918 Pine Ridge Circle, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging her with shoplifting.
• Calvin Braddy, 30, 918 Pine Ridge Circle, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging him with shoplifting.
• Crystal Williams, 44, 116 Old Stateline Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging her with first offense driving on a suspended license and failure to exercise due care.
