• Amber Ray, 26, 2719 S. Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging her with failure to appear and an Attachment out of Juvenile Court for failure to appear.
• Clarence Oaks, 40, 737 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on an indictment charging him with solicitation of a minor.
• Elizabeth Riddle, 22, 112 Betty St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging her with failure to appear. Markland also charged Riddle with possession of Schedule III drugs.
• Cody Edwards, 28, 1007 Riverview Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Morgan Woods, 25, 710 S. Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Shane Darling and charged with domestic assault.
• Christin Stout, 21, 127 Archway Court, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging her with driving on a suspended license and failure to exercise due care.
