• Richard Forrester, 26, 207 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with driving on a revoked license.
• Casey Oaks, 24, 188 Smith Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with violation of an order of protection.
• Jerry Coleman, 51, 415 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Donald Kerr on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
