• Dallas Hartley Jr., 53, 116 Hidden Oaks Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Davis on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Joshua Morton, 20, 2140 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department and charged with first offense driving on a suspended license and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
