• Nicholas Halkowitz, 30, 611 Cranberry St., Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with reckless driving, third offense driving on a suspended license, felony evading arrest with a motor vehicle and violation of the light law.
• Daryl Rose, 54, 1477 Mill Springs Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with fifth offense driving under the influence, third offense driving on a revoked license, violation of implied consent law, and violation of the open container law.
• Jason Salyer, 23, 503 Lee Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Sgt. Shane Darling and charged with resisting arrest and violation of an order of protection.
• Joshua Stone, 25, 107 Jackson Park Circle, Jonesborough, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David Bunten, 39, 2004 W. G St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with first offense driving on a revoked license and expired registration.
• Tony Ketchem, 62, 1304 Spruce Lane, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor charging him with shoplifting.
• Joshua Cole, 33, 612 Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with speeding and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license.
• Molly Norris, 18, 1271 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging her with embezzlement.
• Justin Smith, 34, 527 Laurels Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on warrants charging him with maintaining a dwelling where narcotics are sold, initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine and seven counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Harley Nickles, 20, 527 Laurels Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging her with promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Earl Clarke, 72, 205 Apple Tree Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on an indictment charging him with sexual batter by an authority figure.
• Brandy Dial, no age available, 3512 Autumn Crest St., Winston-Salem, N.C., was arrested Monday by Tennessee Constable Tim Lyons and charged with filing a false report and possession of Schedule VI drugs.
• William Cook Jr., 28, 3512 Autumn Crest St., Winston-Salem, N.C., was arrested Monday by Constable Tim Lyons and charged with filing a false report, resisting stop/frisk/halt, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jeffrey Holmes, 23, 610 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on two warrants charging him with failure to appear and an indictment charging him with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Toby Taylor, 66, 25 Campbell Rash Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Joseph Storie, 48, 706 Fourth St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and criminal impersonation. Constable Carrier also served Storie with warrants charging him with criminal trespass, theft over $1,000, and joyriding.
• Shannon Guinn, 33, 118 Spears Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with domestic assault.
