• Hughy “Guy” Sams, 45, 134 White Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by officers of the Carter County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant charging him with theft over $1,000.
• Jennifer Wolff, 28, 154 Fiddlehead Lane, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with domestic assault.
• Elliott Wolff, 33, 154 Fiddlehead Lane, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with domestic assault.
• Elizabeth Pleasant, 26, of 1532 Southside Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by officers of the CCSO on an indictment charging her with aggravated child abuse/neglect.
• Calvin Honeycutt, 30, 106 Alexander St., Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson on an Attachment for Contempt for failure to pay child support.
• Jackie Turbyfill, 45, 147 Dolan Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of North Carolina.
• Melissa Ollis, 27, 105 Hartsell St., Elizabethton, on a warrant charging her with the sale of Schedule II drugs.
•Mark Stover, 27, 401 Peters Hollow Road, Elizabethton, on a warrant charging him with the sale of Schedule II drugs.
•Jeffery Tester, 36, 469 N. Chatham, Janesville, Wis., was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morrell on warrants charging him with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• George Cook, 53, 750 Hampton Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt .Larry Vaughn on warrants charging him with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and two counts of the sale of Schedule II drugs.
• Jeffrey Lethcoe, 54, 353 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging him with three counts of the sale of Schedule III drugs.
• Randall Davis Jr., 19, 134 Mallard Cove Drive, Butler, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging him with the sale of Schedule IV drugs.
• Jackie Turbyfill, 45, 147 Dolan Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Sean Huvane on warrants charging him with the sale of Schedule II drugs and failure to appear.
• Thomas Ward, 31, 252 Buck Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Sean Huvane on warrants charging him with the sale of Schedule II drugs and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
• Michael Dugger, 52, 115 Stillwater Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Larry Vaughn on warrants charging him with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and seven counts of the sale of Schedule II drugs.
•Christine Matherly, 50, 115 Stillwater Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Larry Vaughn on warrants charging her with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and the sale of Schedule II drugs.
• Craig Perkins, 45, 195 Willard Perkins Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Reichenbach on warrants charging him with the manufacture of methamphetamine and three counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
•Timothy Jarrett, 33, 296 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Matthew Williams on a warrant charging him with theft of property over $1,000.
• David Livingston, 55, 291 Roosevelt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Reichenbach on a warrant charging him with two counts of the sale of Schedule II drugs.
• Clarence Oaks, 40, 737 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kevin Robins, 43, no address available, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
• Christina Thomas, 36, no address available, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with aggravated robbery, theft over $1,000, and driving on a revoked license.
• Jeffrey Wilson, 27, 208 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Kenneth Hopson, 42, 909 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Cody Farmer, 28, 115 Brummitt St., Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with shoplifting and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

• Justin Gouge, 34, 112 Shadow Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Elbert Stevenson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear and an Attachment for Contempt for failure to pay child support.
• Ronna Hyatt, 42, 195 Bunker Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Joshua Hopkins and charged with domestic assault and criminal trespass.
• Jeffery Hill, 31, 125 Mike Clawson Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• James Laws, 58, 176 Taylortown Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Joshua Hopkins and charged with third offense driving under the influence.
• Romney Markland, 53, 606 Florence St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with public intoxication.
• Debra Lyons, 44, 145 Rosewood Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with public intoxication.
•Nancy Burgos-Tuner, 52, 606 Florence St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with public intoxication.
• Maurice McDowell, 46, 145 Rosewood Circle, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with public intoxication.
• Phillip Claymon, 30, 167 Heritage Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with second offense driving under the influence, violation of the open container law, violation of the implied consent law, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Mary Mrock, 39, 118 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of North Carolina.
• Breanna Huffman Peace, 25, 1310 Lowe St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenneth Lowe on warrants charging her with failure to appear and violation of probation.
• Derrick Woodward, 29, 212 N. Third St., Watauga, was arrested Thursday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with driving under the influence.
• Tyler Houser, 23, 1369 Blevins Creek Road, Elk Park, N.C., was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with first offense driving on a suspended license and failure to yield.
• Christopher Julian, 40, 733 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton charging him with driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and violation of light law.
