•Lori McLauglin, 31, 183 Hilton Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Kevin Kemp on warrants charging her with two counts of failure to appear.
• Austin Simpson, 20, 299 Roosevelt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Tammy Cole, 49, 25 Campbell Rash Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with first offense driving under the influence, fourth offense driving on a revoked license, and simple possession of Schedule II drugs.
• Mathew Harvey, 24, 116 Heritage Lane, Jonesborough, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
