One local business helped do their part for children preparing for the upcoming school year.
Salon B, located in Historic Downtown Elizabethton, was the place to be Monday with the facility providing free haircuts to children for the upcoming school year.
Owner Bea Synder told the Elizabethton Star as of Monday afternoon that the facility provided over 70 haircuts to youth from the area. The business went from the early morning until late evening cutting hair.
