• Sherry Harmon, 60, 137 Dan Bowers Road, Lot 3, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm and charged with domestic assault.
• Jacob Lowe, 19, 503 Okolona Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson on warrants charging him with three counts of failure to appear.
• Leslie Malone, 40, 1253 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with driving under the influence.
