• James Wilson, 34, 104 Midway Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Penny Carter, 47, 1684 Highway 19E, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Micahel Norris, 40, 533 Fairground Lane, Mountain City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Tosha Whitehead, 23, 925 Pine Ridge Circle, Apt. B, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Curtis Bullock and charged with two counts of child neglect.
