• Joshua Guess, 38, 122 Sunshine Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Matthew Montgomery, 34, 215 E. Mill St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Bobby Williams, 41, 504 Highway 321, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Joshua Presnell, 34, no address available, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Whitney Pinkston, 29, 1189 Blue Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Investigator Christopher Reichenbach and charged with public intoxication, simple possession of drugs, and introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Robert Sommers, 30, no address available, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Lt. Michael Bean and charged with two counts of domestic assault.
• Leonard McInturff, 38, 104 Wilson Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Matt Croy charging him with shoplifting and criminal trespass.
• Brandy Wellman, 30, 145 D. Elliot Road, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Matt Croy charging her with shoplifting and criminal trespass.
• John Patterson, 35, 703 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. James Deese on warrants charging him with failure to appear and two counts of violation of probation. Officers also charged Patterson with evading arrest.
• Joshua Atkinson, 28, 1246 Riverview Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and resisting arrest.
