• Matthew Baumgardner, 42, 307 Bishop Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jared Cook and charged with driving on a revoked license.
• Douglas Barnett, 54, 309 Sugar Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman and charged with driving under the influence.
