Police Beats for 10/25/2016

• Jerry Shell, 46, 195 Willard Perkins Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jerad Cook on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Gina Mitchell, 36, 1704 Carter Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Angela Bowman, 56, no address available, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence.
• Miranda Lovelace, 39, 705 N. Main St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with driving under the influence, violation of the implied consent law, driving on a revoked license and criminal impersonation. Officers also served Lovelace with two warrants charging her with failure to appear.
• Austin Malone, 23, 25 Campbell Rash Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Larry Vaughn on a warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time.
• Teresa Whitehead, 60, 12272 Little Rock Campground, Bakersville, N.C., was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Samantha Maney on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Denise Nelms, 28, 629 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on a warrant charging her with violation of probation and an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.
• Cody Clark, 20, 579 Ridge Road, Piney Flats, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer David Johnson and charged with driving under the influence.
• Arianne Rhinehart, 37, 711 N. Pine St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with public intoxication.
• Stephanie Greene-Humbert, 44, 570 Arrowhead Loop, Midway, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with driving under the influence, second offense driving on a suspended license and speeding.
• Jennifer Edington, 43, 618 Linden Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Sgt. Lincoln Orellana charging her with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• David Berry, 18, 2553 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Sgt. Lincoln Orellana charging him with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
