A new nail technician has opened shop in downtown Elizabethton.
Holly Kent, an Elizabethton native, is the newest addition to the Merle Norman salon.
Kent graduated from Tri-Cities Beauty College in November and passed her state license board examination in December. After obtaining her license, Kent joined Merle Norman as their newest nail technician.
She specializes in shellac and gel nails, manicures, and pedicures.
To celebrate her grand opening, Kent said she is offering special deals.
