Police Beats for 03/19/2017

• Nathaniel Gibson, 34, 1095 Old Bristol Highway, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers also issued Gibson with a criminal summons charging him with animal cruelty.
• Andrew Deloach, 40, 221 Roosevelt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Barbara Scott, 49, 1267 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court.
• Patricia Kimbrough, 46, 659 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Nicholas Free and charged with driving under the influence.
• Abigail Webb, 30, 1924 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Dustin Turbyfill, 23, 511 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time.
• Nama Beaudry, 44, 155 Rosenbaum Private Drive, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Investigator Nick Andes and charged with first offense driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
• Kevin Walker, 35, 2901 Gap Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with burglary and theft over $500.
• Jason Braswell, 30, 215 E. Mill St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Capt. Patrick White and charged with burglary, vandalism over $500, and possession of burglary tools.
• Melissa Frazier, 46, 1808 Parkwood Lane, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw charging her with criminal trespassing.
• Priscela Simpson, 32, 204 Dogwood Hill, Bluff City, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw charging her with shoplifting.
