• Dustin Potter, 33, no address available, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Kasey Correll, 37, 628 Watauga Road, Watauga, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.

• Crystal Williams, 45, 116 Old Stateline Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Harlan Shell, 32, 431 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Lt. Michael Carlock on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.

• Bruce Williamson, 26, 112 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Lt. Michael Carlock on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Kenneth Harrison, 45, 1422 Cherokee Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek and charged with aggravated assault.

• Heather Hicks, 36, 140 Vanhoy Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Noah Lowe, 31, 205 Perry St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with vandalism.

• Ginger Stevens, 40, 1872 Southside Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Cpl. James Deese on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
