Police Beats for 06/07/2017

• Riketta Metcalf, 28, 441 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jenna Markland and charged with theft of a motor vehicle and vandalism over $50,000. Markland also served Metcalf with a warrant charging her with violation of probation. Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Matthew Taylor charged Metcalf with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and leaving the scene of an accident.

• Cody Shaw, 26, no address available, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain and charged with domestic assault.

• Donie Hernandez, 41, 278 Coal Chute Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Mark Robbins, 30, 16262 Millsap Lane, Apt. D, Abingdon, Va., was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Larry Vaughn on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Stormy Simerly, 25, 228 Clarktown Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Lisa Sprague, 56, 137 Dan Bowers Road, Lot 5, Elizabethton, was arrested May 31 by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with second offense driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and violation of the implied consent law. Officers also served her with a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Amanda Tolliver, 27, 125 Arrowhead Private Drive, Johnson City, was arrested May 31 by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Larry Stapleton, 24, 117 Piedmont St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• David Riddle, 26, 118 Dugger St., Hampton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Jeffory Neece, 46, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with domestic assault.

• Garry Linthicum, 50, 1005 Kingston Court, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Mary Reed, 25, 135 Ruby Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Timothy Wilder, 36, 109 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek and charged with aggravated assault.

• Angela Lipps, 41, 1105 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Noah Lowe, 31, 205 Perry St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers additionally charged Lowe with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.

• David McInturff, 24, 221 Cripple Creek Loop, Watauga, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court.

• Richie Caraway, 36, 323 Heaton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with second offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license, and violation of the implied consent law.

• Steven Dowell, 25, 1263 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Matthew Taylor on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.

• Whitney Pinkston, 29, 216 Main St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Kenny Lowe on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging her with failure to appear.
