• Riketta Metcalf, 28, 441 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Jenna Markland and charged with theft of a motor vehicle and vandalism over $50,000. Markland also served Metcalf with a warrant charging her with violation of probation. Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Matthew Taylor charged Metcalf with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and leaving the scene of an accident.

• Torry Kelly, 21, 102 Mountain Hollow Court, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Lt. Brian Durham and charged with aggravated burglary. Officers also served Kelly with a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Clifton Campbell, 58, 451 Campbell Road, Unicoi, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with driving under the influence.
