Todd Hughes, 52, 4231 Highway 321, Butler, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Adam Taylor on two warrants charging him with failure to appear.

• Christopher Rogers, 48, 709 S. Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Dustin Mullins on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Lisa Feathers, 39, 464 Holston Mountain Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on two Attachments for Contempt out of Juvenile Court charging her with failure to appear.

• Alexis Bilek, 25, 20 Milligan Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morell on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Zachary Philhower, 23, 369 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Lt. Michael Carlock on warrants charging him with four counts of vandalism and four counts of theft of property under $1,000.

• Mary Peyton, 23, 133 D. Payne Road, Mountain City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Sal Caccamo on  a warrant charging her with fraudulent use of a credit card.

• Michael Greenwell, 43, 125 Meredith Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Sal Caccamo on a warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time.

• Brandon Anderson, 27, 134 Anderson Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Tracie Pierson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Penny White, 46, 303 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Brandon Whaley, 23, 4620 Hunter Crest Lane, Charlotte, N.C., was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on an indictment charging him with burglary and theft of property. Officers also served Whaley with warrants charging him with two counts of violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear.

• Clarence Story, 46, 141 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Blevins and charged with domestic assault.

• Lersa Hodge, 54, 141 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Blevins and charged with aggravated assault.

• Andrew Oliver, 26, 126 Hyder St,. Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Tracie Pierson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• James Hale, 35, 207 Hugh Cox Road, Gray, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morell on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Ellen Reagan, 36, 135 Pinnacle Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morell on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Jason Roberts, 42, 400 Pine Laurel Court, Bristol, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morell on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Tracy Roberts, 46, 508 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Sarah Ellison-Dingus and charged with public intoxication and criminal impersonation.

• Kelvin Stover, 47, no address available, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence.

• Cassie Phillips, 22, no address available, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with domestic assault.

• John Hudson III, 42, 1317 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. James Deese and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the financial responsibility law. Officers also served Hudson with a warrant charging him with leaving the scene of an accident, second offense driving on a revoked license, and violation of the financial responsibility law.
