• Michelle Altieri, 43, no address available, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Blevins and charged with assault.

• Calvin Honeycutt, 31, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy David Munsey on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Robert Sommers, 31, 101 Roy Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Erica Huskins on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.

• Sean Arnold, 43, 603 Cedar Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• John Powell, 21, 149 John Alfred Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm on a warrant charging him with theft over $1,000 and a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers also charged Powell with evading arrest.

• Jennifer Powell, 23, 351 Steel Bridge Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy David Munsey on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Jacob Wilson, 20, 204 Bobs Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy David Munsey on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Joseph Bright, 37, 377 Mill Creek Road, Mountain City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Jonathan Range, 36, no address available, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence.

• Mark Mounts, 25, 982 Dillon Road, Mountain City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jerad Cook on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Terry Teaster, 25, 2740 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Ricardo King, 54, 45 Lonestar Road, Baileyton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morell on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Misty Al-Abed, 29, 538 Monroe St., Erwin, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging her with failure to appear.

• Demetrius Covington, 29, 1515 Highway 19E, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis and charged with vandalism.

• Matthew Harvey, 25, 1603 Burgie St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis and charged with vandalism and four counts of aggravated assault.

• Darrell Hobbs, 39, 520 Weeks Ave., Kingsport, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Dylan Berry, 24, 2553 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm on warrants charging him with reckless endangerment, reckless driving, evading arrest while operating a motor vehicle, violation of probation, and two counts of failure to appear. Officers also charged Berry with evading arrest.

• Jessica Bardo, 34, 1721 Persinger Drive, Watauga, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with criminal trespass.

• Marshal Williams, 26, 186 George Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging him with driving on a revoked license.

• Daniel Depew, 32, 208 Sheets Hollow Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by EPD Aaron Bennett and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

• Alesha Kyte, 29, 1100 E. Market St., Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer Kenny Lowe charging her with shoplifting.

• Michael Walker, 32, 507 Trudy St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by officers of the EPD on an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.

• Jeffrey Wilson, 28, 208 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Cody Mullins and charged with public intoxication.

• Larry Burns, 25, 132 Ruby Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Kenny Lowe on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. Officers also charged Burns with evading arrest.
