• Naaman Buckles, 46, 1232 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• David McMicken, 39, 1755 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Brittany Burleson, 19, 518 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Lt. Keith Range on warrants charging her with aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000, and vandalism.

• Lori Elliott, 38, 122 Jim Rains Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Josh Riddle and charged with domestic assault.

• Christy Brandon, 31, 205 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Brian Durham and charged with domestic assault.

• Jeffrey Burchfield, 25, 205 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Lt. Brian Durham on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Gary Jones, 55, 907 W. Hillcrest Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Katrina Heath, 33, 138 Edgewater Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on three warrants charging her with violation of probation and two warrants charging her with failure to appear.

• Chelsea Mullins, 19, 807 Fairview Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Jessica Presnell, 33, 10301 Highway 67W, Mountain City, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton charging her with shoplifting.

• William Hawkes, 20, 1293 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer James Stevens on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Jonathan Hawk, 44, 3706 Timberlake Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Sgt. Doug Combs and charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct and vandalism.

• Dakota Hill, 19, 330 Sims Hill Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging him with driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility, and expired registration.

• Skyler Forbes, 18, 3112 Temple Hill Road, Erwin, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Sgt. Doug Combs charging her with driving on a suspended license and speeding.

• Nicole Edwards, 37, 1113 Arney St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with public intoxication.

• Brian Cross, 32, 704 Cambridge Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer James Stevens on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• William Humphreys, 20, 1267 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer James Stevens and charged with underage consumption of alcohol.
