Offensively, there wasn’t much that went on during the Twins’ final game at Pulaski Wednesday.
Elizabethton will leave Pulaski with a 2-1 advantage in the series after losing 1-0 in game three.
The E-Twins had four hits on the night while the Yankees picked up three. The game’s only run came in the fourth inning when Pulaski’s Steven Sensley hit a homer.
Twins Nick Brown (0-1) recorded the loss as he tossed six innings with four strike outs and a walk. He also had three hits and one run against.
Pulaski’s Carlos Espinal (2-1) had the win, while teammate Kaleb Ort picked up the save.
Elizabethton is now 20-14 and is still in first in the Appalachian League West.
The Twins will be at Princeton this evening.
