• Shane Blackburn, 37, 252 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with domestic assault.

• Coleman Barlow, 44, 137 Daniel Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Shane Younce, 27, 173 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington and charged with driving under the influence and failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

• David Scott, 39, 113 Joe Wilson Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Larry Oliver, 62, 199 Davis Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Joe Holsclaw on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Brittany Randolph, 29, 1275 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Kristi Carr, 58, 124 Mountain Heights Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law.

• Daniel Morris, 35, 211 S. Main St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with public intoxication.

• Jacob Culler, 31, 621 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by officers of the EPD on three warrants charging him with failure to appear.

• Angela Maines, 49, 1103 Afton St., Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with driving under the influence, second offense driving on a suspended license, and failure to maintain lane of travel.

• Joshua Lee Williams, 36, 2905 Ashley St., Kingsport, was arrested Nov. 30 by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on two warrants charging him with violation of probation.
