• Amy Hyder, 36, no address available, was arrested Jan. 5 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with domestic assault.

• Ashley Bradford, 35, no address available, was arrested Jan. 5 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with criminal trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Tracy Hallmark, 49, 202 Sugar Hollow Road, Pigeon Forge, was arrested Jan. 6 by EPD Officer James Stevens and charged with resisting arrest, public intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joseph Denney, 47, no address available, was arrested Jan. 7 by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier and charged with domestic assault.

• Jason Leech, 45, 3644 Wickersham Way, Raleigh, N.C., was arrested Jan. 8 by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, and violation of the implied consent law.

• Randy Bowman, 46, 1910 E. Watauga Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Jan. 8 by EPD Officer Kenny Lowe on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Christy Brandon, 32, 506 Duke St., Johnson City, was arrested Jan. 8 by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with possession of stolen property, possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of Schedule IV drugs, fifth offense driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility, driving an unregistered vehicle, and failure to yield to emergency lights/sirens. Officers also served Brandon with a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Richelle Whaley, 30, 122 Tilson Ave., Hampton, was arrested Jan. 5 by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Sal Caccamo on Juvenile Court Attachment charging her with failure to appear.

• Eddie Jones Jr., 38, no address available, was arrested Jan. 5 by deputies of the CCSO and charged with domestic assault.

• Ashley Watson, 23, 1005 Spring Hill Road, Staunton, Va., was arrested Jan. 5 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Clarence Frye, 23, 121 Stines Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Jan. 6 by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Michael Danner, 39, 120 Winchester Court, Johnson City, and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license.

• Denise Gilbert, 55, no address available, was arrested Jan. 6 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone and charged with aggravated assault.

• Joseph Nickles, 43, 212 Cash Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Jan. 7 by CCSO Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
