Missing teen may be in Elizabethton area

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children issued an alert on Tuesday for a missing Hawkins County teenager who may be in the Carter County area.
Kelsey Guess-Whitehead, 17, was reported missing from Rogersville on February 8, 2017. According to the alert issued by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Kelsey may have traveled to Elizabethton.
Kelsey is described as a white female being 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing around 160 pounds, and having brown hair and hazel eyes. The alert said she might dye her hair. Kelsey’s nose is pierced, and she has gauges in her ears.
