Police Beats for 05-11-2018

The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office.

• Matthew Widner, 35, 2118 Highway 421 North, Mountain City, was arrested April 26 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license and violation of the financial responsibility law.

• Michael Williams, 32, 188 Old Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested April 26 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill and charged with driving on a revoked license.

• Jonas Mitchell, 37, 180 Bill Garland Road, Johnson City, was arrested April 27 by CCSO Deputy Cody James on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault.

• Michael Whitehead, 39, 120 Arwood Hill Road, Hampton, was arrested April 29 by CCSO Deputy Jonathan Simerly and charged with criminal trespassing.

• John Powell, 22, 149 John Alfred Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested April 29 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain and charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, violation of the financial responsibility law, criminal impersonation, and filing a false report.

• Richard Holt, 125 Queen Nave Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested April 29 by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with two counts of Schedule II drug violations.

• Nathaniel Smith, 18, 212 Courage Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested April 30 by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer and charged with criminal impersonation.

• Lance Lewis, 27, 150 Bernie Lewis Road, Elizabethton, was arrested April 30 by CCSO Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant charging him with reckless endangerment and failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

• Harley Thomas, 25, 317 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested May 1 by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with the possession of Schedule VI drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Brandon Winchester, 28, 105 Potomac Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested April 3 by deputies of the CCSO on an indictment charging him with sexual battery without consent.

• Demetrius Covington, 30, of Elizabethton, was arrested May 3 by deputies of the CCSO and charged with simple assault.

• Bradley Barnette, 33, no address available, was arrested May 3 by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with aggravated assault.

• Tracy Isaacs, 39, 169 Morton Road, Hampton, was arrested May 4 by CCSO Deputy James Nienast on a warrant charging her with theft over $500.

• Nathan Oliver, 39, 2717 S. Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested May 4 by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on an indictment charging him with two counts of the sale of Schedule II drugs.

• Peter Renkel, 54, 1055 Avenida Del Sol, Durango, Colorado, was arrested May 4 by CCSO Deputy James Nienast and charged with public intoxication.

• Jackie Proffitt, 56, 2756 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested May 4 by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with public intoxication.

• Robert Hallmark, 29, 204 Tucker Lane, Johnson City, was arrested on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault.

• Philip Glass, 27, no address available, was arrested May 5 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern and charged with domestic assault.

• Dylan Carrier, 20, 112 Hardin Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested May 5 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with driving under the influence.

• Willie Maupin, 32, 270 Old Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested May 6 by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with second offense driving on a revoked license, driving an unregistered vehicle, and violation of the financial responsibility law.

• Carl Little, 30, 360 Sneed Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested May 6 by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with violation of an order of protection.

• Joni Perry, 28, 369 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested May 6 by CCSO Lt. Keith Range and charged with public intoxication, possession of Schedule III drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Anthony Holsclaw, 22, 105 Heather Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested May 4 by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett and charged with vandalism under $1,000.

• Michael Vest, 44, 109 Town View Estates, Elizabethton, was arrested May 7 by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, theft of property, and vandalism of government property over $1,000.

• Mary Tolley, 33, 122 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested May 7 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak and charged with filing a false report.

• Cory Scalf, 20, 621 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested May 8 by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on an indictment charging him with aggravated child abuse and aggravated child neglect.

• Alexandria Nelson, 18, 1680 Paperville Road, Bristol, was arrested May 8 by CCSO Sgt. David Caldwell on an indictment charging her with aggravated child abuse and aggravated child neglect.
