Investigators at the Carter County Sheriff’s Office are working to identify a suspect who broke into an antique store on Highway 19E early Tuesday morning.

Security footage shows a white male who appears to be wearing only boxer shorts and glasses inside the building for more than two hours. The suspect appears to have brown hair and a mustache.

The footage shows the man attempting to steal a car from the store along with other items. Investigators believe the suspect broke in through a wall. He is also suspected in at least one other break in.
