The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office and Elizabethton Police Department:

• Shannon Clark, 33, Gap Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested June 15 by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged on a summons in lieu of continued custody for the charges of shoplifting and criminal impersonation.

• Andy Hardin, 27, 280 Muddy Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 15 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with public intoxication.

• Alexis Maldonado, 37, 1270 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested June 16 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

• Jeffery Greene, 55, 635 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 16 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with public intoxication.

• Jamie Phillips, 38, 128 Lynnwood Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested June 17 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with schedule II drug violations, simple possession schedule VI, unlawful drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

• Scott Grant, 44, 135 Twin Barns Road, Greeneville, was arrested June 18 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett and charged with shoplifting and methamphetamine (T.C.A. 39-17-434)

• Tony Wix, 30, address withheld, was arrested June 18 by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with simple domestic assault.

• Daniel Grindstaff, 42, 229 Taylor Ave., Elizabethton was arrested June 19 by EPD Officer Lance Peters and charged with public intoxication.

• Michael Carr, 45, 660 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested June 20 by EPD Officer Lance Peters and charged with public intoxication.

•Christian Luquin, 21, 1210 West Park Street, Erwin, was arrested June 19 by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier and charged with an active warrant out of Washington County for violation of probation.

• Dana Murphy, 32, 491 Woods Road, Bluff City, was arrested June 20 by EPD Officer Lance Peters and charged with public intoxication.

• Charity Peterson, 44, 132 Fox Road, Johnson City, was arrested June 18 by CCSO Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant charging her with theft of a vehicle over $1,000.

• Billy Hilton, 26, 149 John Alfred Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested June 19 by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer and charged with aggravated assault and aggravated vehicular assault.

• Jonathan Estep, 31, 118 Minton Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 21 by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm on a warrant charging him with harassment.

• Lersa Hodge, 56, no address available, was arrested June 20 by CCSO Deputy Justin Burchfield and charged with aggravated burglary.

• Brittany Morrell, 21, 2415 Textile St., Johnson City, was arrested June 20 by undercover officers of the EPD and CCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• John Gerecke, 45, 109 Tami Drive, Johnson City, was arrested June 20 by undercover officers of the EPD and CCSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, four counts of simple possession of drugs, possession of a legend drug without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Toby Richardson, 33, 205 Okolona Road, Johnson City, was arrested June 20 by CCSO Deputy Brian Smithpeters and charged with public intoxication.

• Donald Britt, 27, 109 Meredith Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested June 21 by CCSO Deputy Brian Smithpeters on a warrant charging him with domestic assault.

• Jody Stonecipher, 38, 600 Beech Street, Elizabethton, was arrested June 21 by CCSO Deputy Brian Smithpeters on warrants charging him with six counts of identity theft.

• Harold Russell, 42, 200 Ollie Collins Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 24 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair and charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Marcus Johnson, 22, 114 Bernie Lewis Road, Elizabethton, was arrested June 24 by CCSO Deputy Spencer Rhea on a warrant charging him with aggravated domestic assault.

• Dalton Reece, 20, 117 Howard Campbell Road, Butler, was arrested June 24 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault.

• Timothy Whitehead, 27, 113 Fox Road, Limestone, was arrested June 24 by CCSO Deputy James Nienast and charged with third offense driving on a revoked license, violation of the financial responsibility law, and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

• Jeannie Bond, 38, 425 E. H St., Elizabethton, was arrested June 22 by CCSO Deputy Cynthia Davis and charged with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.

• Ashleigh Sharpe, 32, 109 Woodland Drive, Johnson City, was arrested June 23 by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on a warrant charging her with identity theft.
