Improvements at Joe O’Brien Field are back to the drawing board.

Originally slated to be viewed during City of Elizabethton’s Thursday Regional Planning Commission meeting, the Elizabethton Star learned prior to the meeting that the plans are going back for further development. The reasoning for the delay was for further work to be done to the site plan before being ready to be viewed by the commission.
