The Elizabethton/Carter County Public Library hosted a “Coffee with a Cop” event for the public to get to know their local law enforcement. Pictured, officers with the Elizabethton Police Department take time out of their day to engage with library patrons. Various refreshements were offered to individuals throughout the day.
