The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Ian Cole, 27, 124 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested October 15 by CCSO Deputy Erica Huskins on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Kaci Heaton, 37, 154 Price Road, Johnson City, was arrested October 15 by CCSO Investigator Myles Cook on multiple outstanding warrants.

Davey Bishop, 44, 148 Laurel Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested October 16 by CCSO Deputy Jesse Richardson for vandalism.

Mark Hiser, 40, 2609 Park Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested October 16 by CCSO Sergeant  David Tranbarger on an active warrant for violation of probation.

Christy Brandon, 33, 205 Lacy Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested October 16 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak for resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest.

John Church, 27, 752 Main Street, Butler, was arrested October 16 by CCSO Deputy Erica Huskins on an active warrant for violation of probation.

John McKenzie, 36, 26 Fulton Street, Glen Falls, New York, was arrested October 16 by CCSO Sergeant Samantha Beckett on a warrant for violation of probation.

Gary Partin, 33, 270 Freehill Road, Gray, was arrested October 17 by CCSO Deputy James Nienast on an active warrant for violation of probation.

John Welsch, 40, 140 Macon Way, Hartsville, was arrested October 17 by CCSO Deputy Erica Huskins on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Justin Gouge, 36, 112 Shadow Mountain Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested October 17 by CCSO Investigator Myles Cook on outstanding warrants.

Andrew Smalls, 41, 516 Robinson Drive, Johnson City, was arrested October 17 by CCSO Investigator Myles Cook on outstanding warrants.

Amanda Richardson, 38, 180 Woodland Drive, Johnson City, was arrested October 17 by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on an outstanding warrant for child support and driving on a revoked license.

Stevie Wyatt, 28, 110 Hillside Drive, Johnson City, was arrested October 17 by CCSO Investigator Myles Cook on outstanding warrants.

John Hettinga, 58, address withheld, was arrested October 17 by CCSO Deputy Hal Adair for domestic assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Tilford Oliver, 33, 105 Roe Hodge Road, Elizabethton, was arrested October 18 by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer on active warrants for failure to appear and failure to appear.

Todd Bennett, 37, 238 North Road, Johnson City, was arrested October 18 by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Jordan Whitehead, 25, 1800 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested October 18 by CCSO Deputy Nathaniel Swymer on active warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Jordan Reece, 21, 2484 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested October 19 by CCSO Sergeant Michael Malone for aggravated kidnapping and especially aggravated kidnapping.

Derrick Eklund, 30, address withheld, was arrested October 20 by CCSO Deputy McKenly Berry for domestic assault.

Christopher Ramsey, 30, 180 Hart Road, Elizabethton, was arrested October 20 by CCSO Deputy Daniel Kneaskern on an outstanding capias for failure to appear.

Cody Bowling, 32, address withheld, was arrested October 21 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek for domestic assault.

Edward Street, 54, 152 Hampton Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested October 21 by CCSO Deputy McKenly Berry for driving while license revoked and financial responsibility.

Joshua Baird, 29, 717 West D Street, Elizabethton, was arrested October 21 by CCSO Sergeant Isaac Rhea on a warrant for failure to appear.
