As a precautionary measure concerning a non-specific threat, all Elizabethton City Schools and all Carter County schools are going to a soft lockdown. Parent pick up and buses on normal schedule. A social media threat that was pinged out of the Bluff City area resulted in the schools taking precautionary measures.
