Happy Valley made its way over to Sullivan Central Tuesday night for some Three Rivers Conference action.

In the girls’ contest, the Lady Warriors came up short in a tight contest with the Lady Cougars who held on for a 47-30 win.

The Lady Warriors were led in scoring by Shayln Whitson who had 15 points. Whitson was followed up by Adrienne Henegar and Emily Lunceford who had four points each. Happy Valley’s Autumn Henegar (four points), Olivia Absher (four points), and Casey Campbell (2 points) a.

In the night cap, the Cougars slipped past Happy Valley 51-47 after the Warriors fought to comeback in final minutes.

The Warriors were led by Noah Stevens who had 24, while Bryce Carter finished the night with 14.
