The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Damon Lewis, 28, 113 Arrow Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested November 26 by CCSO Deputy Cody Farley on a warrant for aggravated assault.

Michael Carpenter, 29, 474 Nave Hollow Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested November 26 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis for vandalism.

Shane Bell, 29, 198 Whispering Pines Road, Johnson City, was arrested November 26 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain for aggravated burglary and vandalism.

Daniel Ward, 36, 2963 Three Mile Hwy., Newland, N.C., was arrested November 26 by CCSO Sgt. Travis Ludlow for DUI 6th offense, felony evading arrest, felony reckless endangerment and driving on a suspended license.

Jacob Taylor, 23, 151 Crestview Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested November 26 by CCSO Deputy Caleb Rojek on a warrant for failure to appear. 

Chad Preston, 30, 623 Sciota Road, Unicoi, was arrested November 26 by CCSO Deputy Caleb Rojek on a warrant for aggravated burglary.

Kevin Neverette, 38, 110 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Deputy Caleb Rojek on an active warrant for DUI by consent.

Andrew Lamountain, 32, 205 Nave Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.

Jaclyn Grindstaff, 26, 142 Spears Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Sgt. Tracie Pierson on a warrant for violation of probation.

Tasha Mitchell, 33, 437 Piercetown Road, Butler, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Deputy Sal Caccamo on a warrant for failure to appear.

Gloria Reed, 30, 406 Second Ave., Hampton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Sgt. Amanda Little for theft.

Kristin Honeycutt, 26, 192 River Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.

Erin Webster, 22, Warrior Falls, Kingsport, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for fugitive from justice.

Sherard Mizell, 26, 113 Jim Elliott Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Investigator Joshua Hopkins for Schedule IV with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, a capias for failure to appear and a warrant for one count of fugitive from justice.

Heather Birchfield, 31, 518 Teaberry Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry on two outstanding warrants for violation of probation and failure to appear.

James Perkinson, 29, 1505 Cherokee Road, Johnson City, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Bruce Williamson, 27, 112 South Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for violation of probation.

Matthew Kent, 36, 1294 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on warrants for vehicular assault, financial responsibility, improper lane use and domestic assault.

Larry Lyons, 55, 316 Rock House Road, Johnson City, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Terry Teaster, 26, 2740 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of community corrections.

Markayla Rouse, 19, 137 Dog Town Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 27 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak for possession of methamphetamine.

Kierra Carr, 25, 1715 Nathaniel Drive, Johnson City, was arrested November 28 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.

David Taunton, 19, 207 Old Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested November 28 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry for drug paraphernalia and criminal simulation.

Clarence Oaks, 43, 823 Cambridge Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested November 28 by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.
