The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Charlie Hughes, 24, address withheld, was arrested December 11 by CCSO Deputy Sal Hughes for possession of schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule III.

Gregory Gunn, 27, 144 Carrville Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested December 11 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on a warrant for violation of probation.

Angela Holtsclaw, 26, 114 Carrville Avenue, Johnson City, was arrested December 11 by CCSO Sergeant Travis Ludlow on an active warrant for two counts of misdemeanor theft.

Jerry Phillips, 22, 2784 Bob Little Road, Elizabethton, was arrested December 11 by CCSO Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.

The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Robert Taylor, 38, No address, was arrested December 7 by EPD Officer Lance Peters on an active warrant for violation of probation and an active warrant out of Washington County.

Mona Johnson, 46, 507 East Cottage Avenue, Elizabethton, was arrested December 7 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett on two active warrants for failure to appear and violation of probation.

Robert Hamilton, 52, address withheld, was arrested December 8 by EPD Sergeant James Sexton for domestic assault.

Patrick Tait, 40, 703 5th Avenue, South Wheaton, MN, was arrested December 8 by EPD Officer for public intoxication.

Joey Lohse, 24, 405 Whitney Street, Johnson City, was arrested December 10 by EPD Sergeant James Sexton for misuse of registration, driving on suspended license 4th offense, unlawful drug paraphernalia and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Billy Bowling, 53, 141 Rainbolt Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested December 10 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on a warrant for failure to appear.

Brian Heatherly, 22, 702 Well Street, Elizabethton,  was arrested December 11 by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson for driving on suspended 3rd, simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia, speeding and failure to maintain lane.

James Hillman, 57, 504 Bingham Street, Elizabethton, was arrested December 11 by EPD Officer David Johnson for DUI 1st, possession of a handgun while under the influence and expired registration.
